HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa

• Date of Birth: 23rd September 1989
• Fifth son of His Majesty the King of Bahrain
• Appointed a member of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports on 19/3/2010
• Graduated from Ibn Khuldoon School in 2007
• Graduated and obtained Military training from Sandhurst Royal Military Academy, UK in August 2008
• Hobbies: Equestrian, Falcons, Archery, Football, Karate
• He likes Horses, Endurances, Equestrian & Show Jumping
• A member of the Royal Team since 2000 with his brother HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa
• Vice-President of the Bahrain Royal Equestrian & Endurance Federation since 2003
• Founder of Al Khaldia Stables – 2004
• Champion in Endurance races, awarded with many championships
• Won the first position in Thetford Endurance Ride in England on 10th August 2008
• Participated with Bahrains Endurance Team, who won the third place in the FEI World Endurance Horseride Championship held in Malaysia 2008
• Achieved the 2nd place in diving & special forces at Royal Bahrain Naval Force - February 2009
• His Highness awarded the Order of the Renaissance King Hamad of the first degree - 13th December 2009
